PADI Rescue Diver
About This Course
The PADI Rescue Diver course is often described as the most challenging, yet most rewarding course in recreational diving. It prepares you to prevent problems and, if necessary, manage dive emergencies.
You'll learn to look beyond yourself and consider the safety and well-being of other divers. The course builds on what you've already learned and develops your abilities further.
Through knowledge development, rescue exercises, and rescue scenarios, you'll learn what it takes to handle dive emergencies and recognise potential problems before they become serious.
The [PADI Enriched Air (Nitrox) Specialty](/courses/boat-diver-specialty) is highly recommended in combination with the PADI Open Water Diver course for extended bottom times and added safety.
